My Vistage Journey
I launched my Leadership Training and Coaching practice with middle manager levels in the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering market. While the results were remarkable and transformational, I found that without a “C” suite engagement the results were not nearly as profound or sustainable. COVID eliminated national travel and opened up time for new learnings. I was selected by Vistage to join their Chair Academy for an opportunity to support leaders. As a Vistage-trained and certified coach, I have successfully launched a CEO/Business Owners Peer Advisory Executive Board across diverse industries and leader backgrounds. As a result, I enable growth and the transformational change of leaders to be better leaders, make better decisions, and deliver better results.
Although the members of my group represent diverse industries, they share similar values and responsibilities as the leader of thier organizations. Each faces very different industry challenges yet many of the same people issues, such as hiring challenges, people development, culture, and new business models including a hybrid workforce.
Vistage comprises 26,000+ members across 23 countries. These senior leaders are worldwide, which is advantageous to our increasingly global economy. Success depends more than ever on understanding differences across cultures and valuing a world of rich diversity. Even though our group is based in Arizona, we have the opportunity to learn from international gurus within a confidential network on a propriety platform that is rich with content that rivals others.
